Ponderosa Pines

I worked on this tree for the first time last month.  I wanted to ensure good health so I have been feeding it aggressively, as seen by the extensive needle length.

This tree is from my September 2011 collecting trip.  The buds have elongated and the new needles have extended (.5 inches), it's showing sure signs of recovery.
